Welcome To Heartland Refinery Group

Heartland Refinery Group, LLC was created in 2005 and evolved from the need to become Environmentally Green.  The owners of Heartland Petroleum devoted many months of research to find the best technology available for the refining of used oil.  Once the decision was made to go forward with the project, it became essential to fulfill the following objectives:

1.  Find a location that could provide all the necessary utilities and accommodate our transportation needs.
2. Submit a massive amount of engineering information to obtain our EPA permit.
3. Obtain a multi-million dollar construction loan from our local financial group.
4. Procure off take contracts for our Group II base oils.

Although this was a very aggressive venture, we are pleased to announce that all four objectives have been met and construction has begun with a completion date set for 2008.  We will make every effort to update our website as we move forward.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
